Cecchi di Sotto is a two-level attached farmhouse. Although attached there is a separate gated entrance and two private gardens. The private gardens in total are 1.35 hectares. There is a small walkway that leads to both gardens. The larger garden of the two has a small vegetable patch and big flat area to play/hang out in. Also, in the garden area there is a spacious portico. For when it is too hot from the sun one can sit in the shade and relax or enjoy a meal outside.

Cecchi di Sotto is a typical Umbrian house with slight modernization. On the ground level there is an entryway that leads to a bathroom and kitchen. In the bathroom there is also a shower. The bathroom and kitchen have been newly renovated in the last 5 years. The kitchen window has been enlarged allowing for more sun light to enter in. Even though it has been renovated there still is a rustic feel throughout the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is the living room. The living room has the entire walls covered with stones and a wood burning stove. There is a very warm and cozy feel to this room. There is also access to a corner wooden patio. Attached to the living room there is a bedroom. This bedroom has a built-in closet, lofty ceilings, and door that leads out to the back yard. The second level of the farmhouse has a living room and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in closet which allow for more stage area. The living room there is a Danish wood stove that can heat up the whole second level. In the living room there is a small kitchenet. There is also access to the loggia which has a view of the Umbrian hills. This is the idea property for one someone to come and go year-round or potentially live here fulltime. In just 15-minute car ride one can reach grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and shops.
