Hey there!

My flatmate Val is (sadly) leaving this lovely medium-sized bedroom in a two-floor, three-bedroom flat, so we’re looking for a new flatmate . The flat is located in Mile End (10mins walk to station or 2min bus ride) next to Mile End Park and Regent’s canal walks, 5mins Victoria Park and big Tesco 10-13 mins walk, Lidl a few stops on the bus and many independent fruit and veg shops 5-10 mins away on Roman Road. Also, lots of nice cafes and restaurants on Roman Road and Mile End Road on your doorstep.

Available to move in immediately.

PLEASE NOTE : 
1. Previous landlord reference, proof of right to rent in UK, bank statements, available to sign contract with rest of tenants for the next 11 months is required by landlord.

ABOUT US: 
Alexandra - originally Romanian, young 40, working in wellbeing Tech, laidback, friendly and enjoying a chat in the evenings and weekends, pretty busy otherwise.
Alicja - originally Spanish, mid 30s, barber and hairdresser, lively and chatty but also busy working or resting, watching tv, shopping.

The 2 of us and the new tenant (hopefully you!) will be renewing the flat contract for 12 months on the 31st of March.

YOU- are friendly and laid back, cooperative about flat stuff, go to work or the office 2-3 days a week not remote work only, clean and tidy, peaceful and respect the quiet times in the flat (after 9pm and also be respectful in the morning, even if you are an early riser like me).

You are looking for a home not just a house ideally, treat the flat as your home not just a place where you stay, and look after it. You’d also like to share random dinner and drink together and respect others.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

At the moment we have very friendly and chilled vibes at home and we are looking for someone similar.

The ROOM is single occupancy, located downstairs by the entrance, comes with double bed and chest of drawers and you can also get a wardrobe in there if needed, so plenty of storage for you. It’s next to the kitchen, so easy access to make a cup of tea or dinner. It is a peaceful and quiet flat and we have friendly neighbours.

£720 per month for the room, bills are shared between us and they come up to +-110 per person each month, but this might change from autumn when we’ll start using the heating again.
Deposit £800.
