Our opinion
It's rare to find a 3 bedroom apartment in such an enviable position, walkable to the ski lift, shops and restaurants and walking/biking trails. The apartment is well looked-after and stylishly decorated, in a more contemporary style than we're used to seeing in the Valley. The private garden and interior and exterior parking are a real plus.

The apartment is located on a no-through road in the centre of the village of Les Praz, a 5 minute drive (or a 30 minute walk) from Chamonix. It's an easy walk to the Flégère gondola and golf course, as well as the local shops and restaurants.
