This beautiful villa is located in one of the best areas of Moraira, El Bosque, an easy ten minute walk to amenities and the centre of town where you can enjoy a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and the beautiful sandy beach. The villa is in excellent condition and has been maintained to a high standard. The main living spaces, two bedrooms and the pool terrace are all on one level.
Entrance to the villa is via electric gates where there is a garage, a carport and also space for two cars on the driveway. There are several steps up to the impressive pool terrace where we make our way to the front door. We arrive into the light and bright open plan dining room and kitchen where the dining table is set for eight people and the large kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of storage. This space then flows into the relaxing lounge room with views through the Naya to the swimming pool. The villa interiors are a fresh white throughout and the property has been tastefully furnished. From the lounge room, there is a guest WC /shower room and two double bedrooms. Both have airconditioning and the master has an ensuite shower room and direct access via French doors to the Naya outside.
From the living room we take a staircase up to the additional bedrooms a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and another spacious double bedroom with a bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, air-conditioning and also direct access to a lovely private and south facing terrace.
Back downstairs to explore the outside areas. Outside the front door, the Naya is a lovely shaded area set with sofas, ideal for a poolside drink and a place to relax with a book. The rectangular heated pool is larger than usual at 10 x 5 m and it is surrounded by a spacious, South facing terrace with sun all day and lots of space for sunbeds. The fabulous summer kitchen and BBQ is close by and has a large dining table, food preparation space, a fridge and the all important BBQ. With views of the pool, you can enjoy lunches and evening meals Al fresco with your family and friends.
A pathway around the back of the villa takes us to the lower level where there is a pump room, the garage / games room and a useful storage & utility room.
This villa is in excellent condition, perfectly maintained and is surrounded by an easy to maintain Mediterranean garden with an irrigation system. There are several beautiful feature palm trees in front of the pool terrace plus you will be able to enjoy a selection of fruit trees including quince, pomegranate and tangerine .
