I bought this home as an investment back when they were brand new. It has really served me well, infact that well, I have pretty much had the same tenant in there for the last 5 years! I bought this flat because of the location to the town centre, the space it offers was a lot more than anything else at the time and the underground secure parking is a bonus! It is now time to pass on ownership to you.

In the heart of the Town Centre, Dorchester Mansions is around 1/2 a mile stroll to The Lexicon Shopping Centre and Train Station on the Reading to Waterloo Line. Access to the A329 is close by and getting into Reading or to the M4 is quick and simple for anyone needing to commute.

The apartment building has an executive feel about it set behind gates and built to a very high standard throughout and with lift access to all floors including the underground parking.

The communal gardens are well laid out with plenty of seating, patio and grassed areas - the balcony over looks the gardens as well!

We love these apartments! They have such a "grown-up" and luxurious feel to them. The living space feels really bright and airy and the whole place feels spacious from the minute you walk through the door.
