This house has been a wonderful family home for us for 50 years, full of wonderful memories and pride. The property was designed and built by my father, along with the three houses next door in the early 1970s, an early Grand Design!  This is a great size family home which accommodated large family gatherings with plenty of space to find a quiet corner. The accommodation itself has all the features for a happy home life. There are enough rooms for people to have their own space and the main rooms are big enough to get everyone together. As it has large windows and is south facing, the light streams in to all rooms.

The mature and private south-facing back garden was the pride and joy of my mother and the place where we spent many happy summers creating BBQs and playing games on the lawn . There is a large lounge with an attached dining room. The lounge runs from the front to the back of the house and contains a stunning onyx and granite  hearth built by a master craftsman surrounding a real-fire fireplace. It is within walking distance to a cricket, tennis and squash club and two miles from the stunning Warwickshire countryside. It is roughly three miles to Solihull with the Touchwood Shopping centre.

This home has been a wonderful family home, built with love by my parents and one which I know will be a beautiful home ready to make new memories for the new owners.
