This beautifully presented house is a tasteful mix of a modern renovation, whilst retaining original features. For a townhouse it is very light and spacious, and also offers a fantastic roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Oliva, to the Mediterranean sea in the distance. The renovation was carried out to a very high standard, with all fixtures and fittings and furnishings being of a very high quality.

Entering the property you arrive in the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The walls and kitchen units are all white, providing a blank canvas if you wish to add colour.
