FOUNDATION
Following the geotechnical study, a concrete slab system has been chosen because of the terrain, all for a better anti-seismic behaviour.

Gla- zing: The openings will be covered with Climalit type double glazing consisting of exter- nal glass (thickness to be determined) + air chamber + internal glass, with elastic joints, fitted on aluminium joinery. KITCHEN FURNITURE

CEILINGS
In the compartments with hanging installations, a false plaster ceiling will be installed. Opting for a removable one in bathrooms, and a continuous one in the kitchen and in the rest of the areas where it is necessary, which will be determined in the s.p. The removable false ceiling will be made up of lightened plaster plates, suspended from the forging by means of a visible profile.
