The dining room leads to a lounge with open fireplace and a modern kitchen where the double doors opens out to the paved patio.

On the first floor is a spacious landing area with access to three bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is serviced by gas fired central heating and has double-glazing throughout. It is presented in excellent order throughout. The property also comprises a large loft space, garage, greenhouse and large shed.

The low-maintenance garden can be accessed through either the back door or directly from the patio doors in the kitchen which extends to the large paved patio. Half the garden is laid to lawn with a greenhouse, large shed and access to the garage.

Location

Folkestone, with its Harbour Arm, has recently been voted ‘The best place to live in the South East’ by the Sunday Times. The Harbour Arm offers a wide selection of pop-up restaurants and live music on weekends. The old railway walkway across the harbour leads to the award-winning Rocksalt restaurant and sandy beach.

Canterbury can easily be reached by bus or car, offering quality shopping, Canterbury Cathedral and the Marlowe Theatre. Two main line railway stations serve the town of Folkestone and offer services to Ashford, Eurostar connections to the Continent and London beyond.
