Description

"Our flat is in the best location for North Street, harbour, Wapping Wharf and centre of town. We love taking long walks to Ashton Court, stopping off at the garden centre, having a beer at the Cottage by the harbour and having gorgeous wines and food in Kask and Cor….and all the other great places. We love the community we have built here with our lovely neighbours. We are lucky to have our own entrance, which is straight in to our courtyard, it's like a hidden sanctuary where you can leave all the hustle and bustle behind. We converted the stable to a flexible studio for home working, yoga, music and a place for family and friends to stay."

Vicarage Road is situated in the heart of Southville, very close to the bridge across the River Avon to the Wapping Wharf area which is bursting with independent restaurants and cafes from its cargo containers. North Street in Southville is very nearby and is home to a number of popular bars and eateries such as The Malago, the popular Souk Kitchen, Kask as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and Albatross Cafe. Further still is a short walk to Bristol City Centre and for those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Over the river to the west is the high-end development ‘The General’ with Michelin star restaurants Paco Tapas. Beyond these is Bristol’s scenic harbourside with its boat trips and water-facing bars and restaurants.
