From here, a hand-made steel staircase leads to a spacious roof terrace with more beautiful views, where you can sit and watch the sun go down. Off this terrace, under the roof, is a great storage area.


The gardens stretch in front of the house to the south and there is an abundance of fruit trees including lemon, orange pomegranate, fig, almonds, olives and mulberry - to name a few. There is even a small vineyard which, although neglected, could be brought back to work if you have green fingers.


Also in front of the house is a large cistern, which used to supply water to the house, before mains water was installed.  It collects rainwater from the roof via hidden gutter pipes and is great for irrigation.  Next to this is a large lemon tree which bears plenty of fresh lemons.


The property has a completely new insulated roof and all electrics, plumbing, tiling and rendering are new. The ceilings are wooden beam and there are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as air-conditioning. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. All doors and windows are tilt-and-turn and double-glazed. There is an alarm system.


The farmhouse can be extended a further 190m2 and a swimming pool can also be added. There is also the possibility to buy the rustic plot, of the same size, to the east.


This is probably one of the more beautiful, unspoilt coastal locations available.  It is just five minutes to Porches and the Nobel international school, and is in close proximity to major golf courses, shopping and local beaches.
