Description

Berry and George Estates formed to make selling and buying your home much easier. The best way to differentiate us from all other estate agents is, we open 7 days a week and we're also available out of hours - it's that simple! We'll provide you with updates when your home is on the market to be sold and we'll continue to do so once a sale has been agreed.

We do the same as all other estate agents, we just do it that much better. How? Easy, we have better photos, a better more detailed write-up, honest opinion, we're open longer and we have normal down to earth people working with us, just like you! It's really that easy to be so much better...all backed up by our fantastic Google reviews.

We also completely understand just how stressful selling and buying can be as we too have been there in your shoes. But we also know, that with the right family environment behind you every step of the way throughout this process, you'll see just how much easier it is for you. So choose Berry and George Estates to help make your move better.

Have you been thinking about moving, your house is far too large, your kids have all left home and every so often, they drop the grandchildren off to stay for the weekend!! You know you've got to move, you're wasting far too much money on electric and gas bills, let alone council tax, but then again, the thought of downsizing and having to upgrade the bungalow you need to move to seems far too daunting, because we all know that Bungalows need updating....well, stop, relax and take a good look at this as all the hard work has been done for you, and at a price that happily reflects that peace of mind for you!

Located in a very desirable part of Buckley, sits this beautifully refurbished two bedroom bungalow that requires nothing more from you, apart from your money, to just move in and make it your home.

As you pull up outside, a long driveway allows parking for a few cars and leads to the rear handy detached garage, there's even an area of shingle outside the front aspect for more parking, if you're having people stay over.

A doorway can be found down the side of the home which is the main entry point into this fabulous bungalow. Opening this door, with its panel glass windows, takes us straight into a bright and spacious hallway. This has been laid with quality wood effect flooring, with fabulous solid wooden doors which lead throughout this home into all of the rooms.

The first door on the left opens into the bathroom, again fitted with the same floor as the hallway.

With all of your usual suspects that you'd expect to find in such a place, you've got a quality free standing toilet, a gorgeous vanity sink unit with waterfall tap and a fully tiled shower cubicle with rainforest shower head over. It also has a hand held shower attachment for those hard to reach areas. A useful recess with slatted shelving provides a great place for storage and to finish it all off, there's a stylish wall mounted slate grey radiator, to keep you nice and toasty all year round. You can just tell that a few pounds have been spent in here alone! A frosted window lets plenty of light in and keep prying eyes out.

Opposite the bathroom is the smallest bedroom. It's still a very generous sized room compared to many that I see, fitted with nice new neutral carpet, and a large window that looks out over the front aspect. This is a room ready to be filled, lived in and loved.

The next room along the hallway is the lounge. At almost 17ft x 10ft it's bright, curtesy of the full window overlooking the front, and it offers a lot of space for large furniture. With the same carpet as the bedroom, the room has been left in neutral colours to suit most people of today. There is a chimney in here, although it has been blocked off, I'm sure with a small amount of work from a professional, it could house a log-burner again one day if so desired.

Stepping out of the lounge, the hallway bends around to the right, with a doorway on the left to a very useful storage cupboard.

The solid wooden door straight in front of us as we walk down the hallway leads to the main bedroom. It's a blank canvass waiting for someone to love it and claim it as their home. Ample space in here for a large double bed and freestanding furniture, the same carpet as in the other rooms warms your feet and a large window keeps it bright and offers an alternative to the TV, a view of the rear garden.

From the main bedroom, step out and turn left and you have the room which, if I lived here, would make the hub of the home, the kitchen / dining room.

It's been finished to a very high standard, as has the rest of the bungalow. Work surfaces run along two walls in here and there's a large free area just waiting for a table and chairs. There's a void for a washing machine or dishwasher, depending on how you want to configure this space, an inbuilt oven with electric hob above and a rather lovely stainless steel extractor hovers over this. With ample plush wall and floor mounted storage units and drawers to provide space for all of your kitchen essentials. This is a room where you will spend most of your time, sitting, chatting and eating. Finally there is a door which opens to the rear garden.

Stepping outside into the private rear garden, this is a place to sit and enjoy life outdoors. Fences line three walls and offer a fabulous degree of privacy as well as trees and shrubs to help, especially when they are all in full bloom with leaves. It's a pretty much maintenance free area, patio mostly with some areas ready for plants and a large spot covered with decorative shingle. Find a nice spot for a set of outdoor furniture and again, when the sun is out, I'm told it will be one day this year, this is a place you'll not want to leave in a hurry.

The detached garage forms the last part of the garden and offers a home for the car or as most people tend to use them now-a-days, an excellent storage facility, choice is yours! You could also house the tumble dryer and washer in here as there is electricity and water.

All in all if you want a bungalow, are looking for a desirable area and want to do nothing, apart from move in, then you've got to take a look at this. It's priced to reflect the fact that everything has been done, you need worry about nothing apart from how much your Mrs (or Mr) is going to want to spend on new furniture, because the old stuff you have, just won't look good in here, and you've been looking for an excuse to get new furniture anyway......so go on, indulge, look at this home and move in as soon as you can convince him (or her) that it's time to downsize into something a lot more manageable.....good luck, you know it makes perfect sense
