A rustic styled house, the best in terms of quality and price, although lacking in view, is in an excellent location in Kali Strata, the steps that connect Gialos port of Symi with the upper part of Symi called the Chorio.

The interior is mainly made from wood offering coolness in the summer months and warmth in the winter. On the ground floor is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, one smaller bedroom and a family bathroom.

It has previously been used as a rental accommodation and can generate a healthy income.
