We were living in the flat until we moved overseas, so it is renovated and maintained like a home, not a rental flat with cheap refurbishments. We are very houseproud and obviously we would expect a similar level of maintenance from any tenants. Please only contact us if you know you are clean and tidy, and willing to treat the place like your home. If so, WE CAN BE FLEXIBLE ON ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS as long as you are clean and trustworthy. The floors are wood through the hallway and open plan living room/kitchen while the bedrooms have carpets. The ceilings are extremely high and we have made good use of it - the main bedroom has very high custom made sliding wardrobes that efficiently uses space.

Floor space is gold dust in London so the spare room has an inbuilt mezzanine bed, which leaves the entire floor space of the room free! The bed is high enough for a 6'2" person to comfortably walk underneath and yet the ceiling is still high enough over the bed that even a tall person can easily sit up in bed. There is also an inbuilt wardrobe here.

Storage is plentiful. There is a 'Harry Potter' cupboard under the stairs, lots of shelving in clever spaces, and a small attic. The wood sash windows are double glazed and the halogen lights are all energy saving.
