Google Review - September 2023

"I'm so pleased my Grandma was able to spend her later years so well looked after."

We are delighted to offer this fully refurbished, charming two-bedroom apartment. The property is conveniently situated within easy access of our lovely on-site facilities including the restaurant, hair salon, therapy room, bowling green and landscaped gardens.

The modern well-equipped fitted kitchen has wall and base units, stainless steel sink and drainer, wood effect work surfaces, built-in eye level Zanussi oven, built in hob, integrated fridge/ freezer and Bosch washing machine. French doors lead out onto a small patio area and pathway to the Bowling Green.

The tasteful and welcoming living / dining room is well proportioned, providing a lovely space to entertain family or friends, with views across a lavender hedge to St Jospeh's Way. Offering a large window and feature fireplace with attractive surround.

The main bedroom is a light and comfortable space with plenty of room for storage with built in double wardrobes in the small corridor leading to modern en-suite shower room.

Outside, enjoy landscaped gardens without having to lift a finger. Our dedicated gardeners have it all taken care of.

Richmond Villages Nantwich welcomes residents who are 55 and over. We also warmly welcome pets as part of the family.
