The Property

The vaulted kitchen / dining / family room is fully fitted with a contemporary kitchen including Calacatta Gold quartz worktops and splash-backs, German appliances and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. There is a separate sitting room with gas log effect fire, a ground floor bedroom with shower room en suite, a further cloakroom and a utility room. All rooms have a southerly aspect with great views of the garden and the Church beyond and all windows and doors have been replaced with superior specification double glazing.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a shower room en suite and another easily equipped with the same, if required.

The property has been designed to utilise the space and natural light, with flexible accommodation and ample storage.

The landscaped garden has an extensive array of mature trees and shrubs and there are ample terraces to maximise the most of the sunshine throughout the day.

The traditional style garage is constructed of brick, timber and tile and there is an Oak staircase to what is currently the first-floor storage area. There is potential for conversion (subject to planning permission) into guest accommodation.
