Our house was recently renovated. There is separate reception room in the front and open living area at the rear with shared bathroom on the first floor and cloakroom/utility on the ground floor. Kitchen has lots of storage and large fridge freezer. 

There is a lovely back garden with the garden office (which use of has to be agreed on). There is a large fridge freezer and cupboard storage. We have a cleaner every fortnight and we are keeping the house tidy. 

I have included picture of large loft room with king size bed and ensuite bedroom that can be rented if that’s preferred for higher per week cost. 

Bills are included. Gas and electricity has reasonable use included per person based on a previous use with a lodger. 

Across the road there is a gorgeous Morden Park. It has a woodland area (great for runs during rainy weather) as well as Better sport centre with the pool. Great recent addition are newly refurbished tennis courts, which are free but have to be pre booked. If you are tennis fan/player we have many club close by: David Lloyds, Cranleigh and AELTD Community Club.

It’s very easy to get around London using public transport - 4 min bus ride or 15 min walk to Morden underground (Northern line 25 mins to Waterloo ) or buses to Wimbledon or Raynes Park. 

In the centre of Morden you’ll find several cafes and supermarkets.

There are great places to eat in Wimbledon and Raynes Park. Do try Babylon and Megans for brunch.
