The property sits in a slightly elevated position and is accessed from the A886 onto the driveway which passes through a gateway at the lower end of the garden and a second gate at the top of the drive opening up to a driveway with plenty of parking. To the left of the drive is a lawn which houses a greenhouse and to the rear of the cottage is a drying green. At the top of the drive there is a timber built garage which is ideal for storage. The lower part of the garden could possibly be used for a second property with permission from the local planning office.

The Woodland Cottage is timber built with interlocking concrete tiled roof. The main entrance is from the porch at the front which leads into the vestibule and main hallway. The sitting room is a good-sized room with dual aspect windows and glazed door allowing plenty of light to the room. There is a working open fireplace and electric storage heaters for additional heat. The dining room is at the end of the bungalow with a window looking to the north and also benefits from an open fire. The kitchen is to the rear and has windows looking to the back garden. The kitchen is basic and consists of an array of wall and floor mounted kitchen units, and electric cooker and a small Raeburn Stove which heats a radiator in the hall.  A door leads off to the large utility room where there is plenty of space for a washing machine and fridge freezers to be placed. There is also a WC located in the room close to the back door. There are 2 double bedrooms both with original cast iron fire surrounds and a large single bedroom. The bathroom consists of; Bath, Wash-hand Basin, Toilet and an electric towel rail.

To the rear of the property is a Workshop which is accessed from the outside.

It is a dream location for those looking for a quiet life and stunning views of the countryside.

The cottage sits in a large plot just under an acre in size with beautiful views to the glen and mountains nearby.
