Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to rent in the Sandiway and Cuddington area.

Foxhill Close is a cul de sac located just off Sandington Drive and forms part of the very popular development constructed by Jones Homes. The location has established itself as one of Sandiway¿s most desirable residential addresses for modern property and for good reason. The position is ideal for many lifestyles as the villages offer amenities including a two schools, shops and railways station on the Chester ¿ Manchester line. There is also easy access for commuter routes as you can access both the A49 and A556.

For those who enjoy coffee or a glass of wine with some lovely dining options, you can walk to `De Fine¿ whilst there are a further two pubs offering both food and drink and a highly regarded Chinese restaurant.

You enter the house through the very practical entrance porch that offers some additional space for storage of shoes/coats etc. This leads you into the living room, with a modern open plan layout that runs the full length of the property as it connects to the dining area at the rear that enjoys double doors that open on to the rear patio and garden.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of floor and wall units for plenty of storage space and includes a fitted oven, grill and four ring gas hob, a washing machine and refrigerator with space for a larger fridge freezer if needed.

At first floor level the home offers two double bedrooms with the additional third bedroom offering potential for a single, home office or walk in wardrobe. All three bedrooms are served by the family bathroom which in nicely finished and features a terrific, large walk-in shower.

Externally the home offers driveway parking for two cars to the front along with a grass garden. The rear of the property benefits from a shed for outdoor storage, patio area and lawn garden.

Coming to the rental market for its first time the home is in excellent condition being well presented throughout and having recently been professionally cleaned ahead of the upcoming tenancy.
