Indoor layout: Sensitively renovated using materials and methods that complement the character of the home, Sa Caseta retains traditional features such as beamed ceilings while incorporating modern comforts. On the ground floor, a comfortably sized living room with fireplace leads to an open plan kitchen with a classically Mallorcan feel and a pantry/utility room. Underfloor heating adds to the feeling of cosiness when the weather's cooler.

There are three spacious double bedrooms on the first floor, one with its own luxurious en suite bathroom. The other two double bedrooms share an equally comfortable bathroom, fitted to the highest possible standards. The second floor is entirely given over to a master suite with a fine bathroom and a charming free-standing bath. On this floor, there's also a private living room with its own fireplace. Perfect for when you wish to relax, read, contemplate, or work on a creative project.

Outdoor layout: At ground floor level, you have a delightful patio with plunge pool along with an area shaded by trees for dining al fresco, all screened by greenery and traditional stone walls. A second patio offers space to read or take a siesta in the shade, take some sun or, on those balmy Mallorca summer evenings, dine with family and friends. You have your own carport.
