The project has been designed so that everything in these homes contributes to the daily life of their owners with a high level of comfort and well-being. It has aimed to combine modern design with energy efficiency, sunny spaces, and minimized noise pollution through the building's layout and facade finishes. In terms of interior layouts, efforts have been made to separate the quiet night areas (bedrooms) from the daytime areas (kitchen and living room), as well as from noisy elements within the living space (cooling machines).
