This wonderful country house is located on the outskirts of Pollensa with wonderful views of the Puig and the countryside that is on offer. Situated at a short drive to Pollensa town where you will find a large abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The property is distributed over two floors and offers a built area of approx. 350m2 consisting of four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. On the ground floor is, spacious living/dining room is divided into two parts by a traditional stone archway with sofa and fireplace to one side and a large dining table for meals to the other. The fully equipped kitchen offers all appliances plus a with breakfast area. Also found on this floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom. Moving up to the first floor you find the other three bedrooms all with access to terraces. One of these bedrooms offers a en suite bathroom. The outside of the villa is incredible with various sitting areas including a BBQ for meals with family and friends. The swimming pool is the center pice surrounded by various lawns, trees, bushes and sun trapped terraces.  Great house in a good location with views over the countryside, mountains and close to Pollensa town.
