You enter into bright hallway with doors leading to both bedrooms, shower room and sitting room. There is an airing cupboard with hanging rail, radiator and shelving. Another cupboard houses the boiler. There is a loft access hatch with pull down ladder, lighting and part boarding.

Heading through into the sitting room, this space is light and airy decorated in neutral tones with french doors leading to the conservatory, a door leading into the kitchen and a small window to the rear with obsured glass to let in more natural light. There is a vertical radiator installed and a matching smaller radiator on the facing wall.

The conservatory has curved walls with glazing around the edge, each panel has an arch detail in the glass, and a pair of french doors lead out into the rear garden. A ceiling fan and light are installed and there is a radiator and power sockets installed too.

The kitchen is fitted with matching wall and base units with worktop over housing a 1.5 bowl stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap over and tiled splashback. There is a freestanding gas cooker with gas hobs and extractor over. There is space for fridge freezer and washing machine. Heading outside, the garden wraps around the property offering different zones for entertaining, storage and enjoying the plants. The main garden is tiered with a large patio and archway leading through the side garden to the front of the property.

A set of small steps lead up from the main patio onto a raised decked area with borders housing mature shrubs and plants. Another raised area has brick detailing around paving slabs offering space to display plant pots and flowers or additional seating.

The raised areas are supported by a low level painted brick wall.

To the rear is a pathway that offers a storage area and allows access to maintain the property. The garden area is not overlooked and enjoys sun throughout the day.

There is a lockable gate that leads to the garage courtesy door and driveway at the front of the property.
