A laundry facility includes a washing machine and dryer within the utility space.

Two kitchen spaces are fully equipped with appliances.

Gardens for use, includes a football goal and external seating areas.

Orchard Close had extensive landscaped gardens in the Arts and Crafts style, including herringbone brick paths and a secret garden surrounded by yew hedges.


Parking available.

A maintenance team is available on site between 8am and 6pm daily. 

 The full term in payable in advance (minimum stay four weeks), a security bond is held of £2000.00  to be returned after the vacation date, held by Pearsons Estate Agent.  The building can also be spilt into two phases and should two family wish to rent the two individual houses, each house would be £5,000.00 each for the minium 4 weeks with the option of extending a week either side.

Security bond £2000.00 held by Pearsons Estate Agents to be returned at the end of the stay should the dorm be returned to the same condition.
