The dual aspect reception room is particularly pleasing, offering both existing style and a blank canvas for your own personal flourishes. The painted floorboards are a lovely touch, as is the corner nook, which would make a fantastic reading den or desk space. A rarity in this part of London, the large communal garden will be brilliantly convenient when it’s warm outside, but you don’t have to travel far to find more greenery; London Fields is only a short hop away, with its fantastic lido and and lawn, Take a stroll through it to the thriving Broadway Market, where you can keep yourself entertained from brunch to dessert. Or stay closer to home and explore the delights around Dalston Junction, including Voodoo Rays pizza, the eclectic Ridley Road Market bar and the unique Dalston Superstore. Either the Prince George or Spurstowe Arms would make a brilliant local - they’re both gloriously traditional and perfect for people watching with a pint.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

"I loved the flat from the moment I walked in to rent it, and within a few months I had the opportunity to buy it. I loved both the buzzy central location and the quiet and peaceful setting and view at the back. I enjoyed having the separate kitchen, the large lounge extending into the garden that meant no neighbouring walls. I made the most of the large but very secluded garden. Friends would come around to lounge and have a drink and it was a joy working from home having so much light and greenery. When I put it on the rental market I had no trouble finding tenants as everybody always loved the vibe. My current tenants have call this flat their home for 10 years. The majority of the other flats in the building have been with the same owners 20+ years. Everybody just seem to love staying put at 94 Dalston Lane."
