Sellers Comments
Keen to stay in Balsall Common, we bought the apartment from new having moved from another property in the village. We love the Elysian Gardens estate, particularly the countryside views, and the only reason for moving is to upsize.
Balsall Common has a lot to offer including very good primary & secondary schools, accessible road & rail links and a village centre with plenty of shops, doctors surgery, library & pubs/restaurants. Birmingham Airport is only a 15 minute drive away, as are Solihull and Coventry town centres.
The village has a great community atmosphere with lots going on including a range of sports clubs, mother/toddler groups and organised events.
Property Location
This property is situated in the popular village of Balsall Common which lays to the West of Coventry City Centre and to the East of Solihull.
