Off this room is a more formal sitting room and an inner hall. The kitchen / breakfast room leads though to the sunroom at the rear of the property, with large sliding doors opening onto the private, enclosed rear garden which is low maintenance and planted with climbers. The single garage is detached with a pitch roof and up and over door (16'7 x 8'7"). There is a side access gate from the parking area into the garden. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders. There is scope to further extend the property (subject to consents granted).
