This approval is subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement which is currently being signed off.

In conjunction the Listed Building Application (Planning Application Reference: 23/02977/LB) was validated by the London Borough of Lambeth on the 18th of September 2023 and is currently pending determination. This approval is also subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement which is currently being signed off.

We have been advised that the proposed schemes as detailed within Planning Application References 23/02976/FUL and 23/02977/LB will not be liable to any Community Infrastructure Levies or Section 106 financial contributions.
