This beautiful finca is located in Partida LLeus, Benissa, just 10 minutes from both Calpe and Benissa town centres. The finca has a total built area of 333 m2 and is situated on a vast terraced plot of 11,000 m2.
Through an automatic gate you reach a wide access road that leads through several olive trees to the villa. The villa is spread over two floors and has a very large "Riurau", a typical rural construction of the Marina Alta located on both the north, east and south sides of the villa. On the ground floor we find the kitchen, a guest toilet and a large bedroom with en suite bathroom, as well as a practical storage space under the stairs.
