The Atlas Debonaire 2 bedroom has just recently come up for sale with amazing views of the small fishing lake directly in front of the lodge. The Atlas Debonaire really takes your breath away, featuring the highest specification as standard. As you walk into the lounge from your veranda through the French window doors, you have your dining room table and chairs, offering alfresco dining. The lodge is all double glazed and central heated and on top of this, in the lounge there is an electric coal effect fire just to help take the chill off on those winter evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with a side by side fridge/freezer, free standing range cooker, integrated microwave and integrated washing machine in the utility room.

Both bedrooms are sizeable with the main bedroom offering its very own bathroom and a walk in wardrobe with ample storage space. The spare bedroom has 2 full sized single beds and again great amounts of storage. There are also two TVs and a shed with electrics included in the price.

What a great lodge one that helps you relax and take in the rural surroundings or just having a glass of wine on your veranda, reading a book listening to wildlife and doing a little fishing in the very well stocked lake in front!

From William H Brown Dereham head towards the Toftwood direction onto Yaxham Road past The Railway Tavern and Roy's. Take the right hand turn at the roundabout to continue on Yaxham Road. Follow the road around to the left and Yaxham Waters Holiday Park can be found on the right hand side.
