If you like to entertain friends and family in the heart of the home, then this beautiful gem of a house pretty much has it all. Plenty of room to cook, space for diners to watch and socialise while you do, an extra space in the kitchen for more table and chairs or for just putting sofas. Easy to maintain garden, internal garage offering more potential later on, a handy utility room, large main bedroom and all in walk-in condition.

Mynydd Isa is a locally known icon representing the convenience of living in a busy town but with the peace and comfort of a country village.

The area provides many of the facilities you need like shops, a sports centre, local play areas, parks and some well acclaimed schools, all within walking distance. Immediately in front of you is the staircase, rising up to the sleeping quarters, obviously, but we'll focus downstairs for now.

The hallway is presented with some quality Ash coloured laminate flooring with clean white walls. This is a perfectly sized spot to kick off the winter boots and blues.

To our right and through the solid wooden door, which is a theme set throughout this stylish home, leads us straight into the front room.

Stark white walls and plush grey carpets make this space bright already, but the full wall bay window to the front keeps the room illuminated throughout the day. A log burning stove set in the centre wall of the room, means you can have that lovely warm house throughout the year! Find some dried pine cones to add a beautiful glow and a smell that you would pay good money for in a shop, and then If you can palm the kids off for a night, crack open a bottle of fine wine so that you can sit with your beloved partner and romance the night away! If you can't do that, marshmallows and a stick, the kids will love it too!

Another lovely wooden door opens into the kitchen, and boy/girl, what a kitchen this is. To the rear of the kitchen, it has been opened out with an extension, giving you space for a much larger dining area, or as the present owners have done, put some sofas in to create a real social space for all to enjoy.

Decorated throughout the kitchen area, is a quality ash grey laminate flooring, and clean white walls. There are also ample worktops for all your labour saving 21st century gadgets that we've become so dependent on. This room is an ideal space for dishing out the gossip as well as some culinary masterpieces. Even if you can't cook, you're going to want to learn once you get in here.
As kitchens go, this is a pretty special one as it's got room to sit and eat and be a family or it can just be an ideal space for entertaining friends and family in. You could also just pull out a bar stool, sit and relax with a nice hot cuppa and The Sun* newspaper.....how you use it is up to you, but isn't it nice to finally have a kitchen that you can do this in?

A door from the kitchen opens up to reveal the utility room, with voids and plumbing for a washing machine and a dryer, with a worksurface above to provide another useful area. A door opens up into the integral garage, ideal for a car or as more commonly used today, more storage space!

A final door opens to the rear garden. This is a classy and simple low maintenance affair with a perfect paved patio, an astroturf lawn and in the far corner, sits a small raised decking area. A decorative bed sits to the rear, for those with green fingers, but not too green, with high fences all around to ensure you aren't overlooked, for complete privacy! A very useful large storage shed is also housed in here, but please check with the owners that this is included in the price, as I'm not sure it is.

Next we go upstairs and as you reach the top, you'll notice the large window that brings in a large amount of light. There is nothing worse than a dark landing and one thing you can be sure of, here it will never be dark....unless it's midnight!

The first door we come across leads us into the bathroom. Sandy tiles and white units leave a lovely warm contrast throughout, and everything about this room is where and how it needs to be. You have all of the usual suspects that you'd expect to find, a stylish vanity sink unit and toilet, panelled bath with shower above and a glass screen protector to keep the water in. Let's not forget the chromed heated towel rail and of course, the frosted window that lets plenty of light in and keeps those prying eyes out!

The next space around the landing is the mid-sized bedroom. This is an ideal space for a double bed and it overlooks the rear garden through the large window. It's cozy and comfy, with a small cupboard built into the corner of the room. This room is great for when guests come, or perfect for one lucky child - or two if they are sharing!

The adjacent room is the main bedroom and wow, what a main bedroom. It's a fantastic size and faces over the front aspect of the house. It comes with built-in fitted wall length wardrobes with glass fronts. All that you need to worry about is putting a large double bed in and maybe a couple of bedside tables, and a dressing table, oh and a chest of draws....yes you can easily fit them in and still have room to move around!

The last room is the smallest of the three bedrooms. This room sits over the stairs, but where the bulkhead intersects into the room, it doesn't cost a huge amount of space, meaning you can comfortably make this a single bed children's room or turn it into an office space. A clever wardrobe design has been built on top of the bulkhead to negate a lot of storage issues.
