The Fruit Garden is a one-bedroom home on the main street of St George [south].

Originally built in 1973 this home has lovely traditional features such as a solid marble kitchen sink and an open fireplace in the main living room.

As you walk into the main front door there is a good-sized hallway that could also be used as office space. The first room is the shower room and WC that has recently been modernised. Then there is a double bedroom.

To the left is a kitchen and dining room, cleverly designed with lots of built-in storage. A door leads out to the garden.

At the end of the hallway, there is the large living room with a fireplace and French doors to the terrace overlooking the garden full of fruit trees including mandarin, orange, olives, lemon, apricot, almond, and pomegranate.
In the front of the house is a small driveway offering ample parking for 1 or 2 cars.

There is a mini market next door and a short easy walk to both the amazing sandy local beaches and amenities of the resort of St George south. Argyrades the local traditional village also has more amenities and is only a 5-minute drive from the house.
