The back garden is substantial in size, with grassed area, multiple gravelled and planting areas. In the garden a custom cabin has been built with 2 rooms of 4x3m each. Each have double sliding doors. One is currently a home gym the other is an office / studio with a window and sea views.

The garden offers sea views and is very private with mature trees surrounding the back. There is access to a footpath which leads directly to Kind George VI park from the garden, but this is currently not in use.
