This semi-detached house is in a nice complex in Camp de Mar, right next to a golf course. In front of the house is a big patio that faces south. When you walk into the house, you'll find a big living/dining room with high ceilings and a modern kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom in this area. You can enter the covered terrace from the living room and enjoy the view into nature and the golf course. The house has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big utility room on the lower floor. From the bedrooms you have access to the quiet garden behind the house.

There are many different leisure options in Camp de Mar, a little seaside town with apartments and villas southwest of the island of Mallorca. Hotel Riu and the Lido Palace Hotel are the hotspots of Camp de Mar, together with the family-friendly sandy beach, the internationally known golf course „Golf de Andratx“ and the 5-star Dorint Sofitel Royal Golf Resort & Spa. Few miles separate Camp de Mar from Paguera, Andratx, and Puerto Andratx. The motorway takes around twenty minutes to reach Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the Balearic Islands, and Palma airport.
