Vendor Comment: 'We have really loved living in Melrose Place, which has been our first home. The location couldn’t have been more ideal for us, with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops on the doorstep. The flat is also within close walking distance of other popular areas we visit such as Stokes Croft, the Harbourside and Clifton Village. Being able to walk the dog on the Downs has also been a huge bonus. We were originally drawn to beautiful original features and guests always comment on the ornate coving and the large sash windows that fill the flat with light. We have renovated the kitchen since moving in and have also decorated the bathroom and hallway in a traditional style that complements the period features. We will miss the flat and are sad we have outgrown it, but we also hope the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
