Apartment With Spacious Roof Terrace and Large Garage Walking Distance to the Beach

This top-floor 3-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the charming fishing village of Ferragudo.  There are café's and small shops close by as well as a daily market and a variety of restaurants in Ferragudo (1.3km).  It is about a 25-minute stroll or short cycle to gorgeous Praia Grande beach. The apartment boasts a partially enclosed private roof terrace, and underneath there is a large 2-3 car garage (37.5m²) currently used for parking as well as a workshop.

There are great views from here towards Monchique mountains and across the countryside.  Also on this level is another store room.

On the lower level is a 3-car garage with an automatic door.  One end of the garage is currently used as a workshop and has a mezzanine level for extra storage.

This would make a lovely year-round home in a peaceful area, or a great low-maintenance lock-up-and-leave holiday home.  Ferragudo with its beautiful beach is only 1.3km and from here you can catch a water taxi to Portimão and Praia da Rocha.  Portimão with its river-front esplanade and large shops is just across the river, and there are golf courses, shops and an international school all within a 10-minute drive.  Faro airport is 40 minutes by motorway.
