Location

Lakesway Lodge Park is an exclusive 5 star owner's only park, situated near to the village of Levens, on the southern edge of the Lake District National Park. The Lodge provides a peaceful location, whilst also within convenient reach of the nearby restaurant and bar and children's play park. A short drive away you will find the market towns of Kendal and Milnthorpe, as well as to the Lake District National Park, South Lakes and the M6 motorway, makes this Lodge the perfect holiday retreat.

Description

The lodge is approached via a slate chipped drive and gradual wide steps with balustrades lead up to a decked walkway, which extends round to a generous seating area and private hot tub. Stepping in through the front door, you walk directly into the open plan living kitchen, beautifully designed to create a cosy lounge and a kitchen/diner with integrated appliances. The lounge area extends across the front and features a modern electric fire and glazed doors connecting the decked seating area. The impressive kitchen is equipped with a range of storage units and a complementary three-sided worktop, providing ample preparation space. Fitted within the worktop is a one and a half sink drainer with mixer tap and a five ring gas hob with extractor hood over and electric oven/grill below. Integrated within the units is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and concealed behind one of the units is the combi boiler. 

A door off the kitchen opens into an inner hall, with doors leading to two bedrooms and a shower room. The master bedroom is a generous king size room complemented with a walk-in wardrobe and access to a private en-suite. The en-suite includes an enclosure with wall mounted and rainfall shower, WC and wash hand basin with vanity storage below. The second bedroom is currently set up as a twin room, but could easily accommodate a double bed if preferred. To the front of the lodge there is a south facing decked seating, providing a delightful space to sit and alfresco dine with family and friends.
