They say location is the most important thing when buying a property. I partly agree, however I think price is also important. This villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, 2000m² plot an empty swimming pool and in need of clearing and updating.
Probably one of the nicest locations, on a hillside with sea views and in walking distance to the town.
The price is negotiable although it is reasonably priced considering the other villas on this hillside are nearly twice. You will need money to do this place up which you will need to take into consideration before arranging a visit. Once this house has been done up and updated it will be worth much more than the current asking price.
Please do not delay and if you want a home on a friendly urbanisation and in a great community then book your visit.
The villa is being sold by the family as the owners have passed away. They have all agreed and come to terms that the property needs to be sold. A difficult decision but now it has finally been made.
The accommodation is on one level, so would be a good retirement home. The garden has terraces with fruit trees and when maintained would be a beautiful allotment. Plenty of off road parking.
