The Prime Location Villa in Komurluk is set over four floors with the upper bedroom floor and the roof terrace having uninterrupted sea views. The villa is tastefully decorated with marble floors throughout, and it is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday or all-year-round living. The spacious ground floor terrace encompasses the Turkish seating area, the separate BBQ terrace and the enclosed garden. Sun loungers and umbrellas overlook the infinity pool with a wonderful sea view it's the perfect place to chill and unwind.

Ground Floor: The entrance to the villa is on this floor and comprises a spectacular open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This area also give you access to a beautiful infinity pool and stunning sea-views.

First Floor: A stylish marble staircase winds it way up to two double bedrooms each with its own en-suite. The master bedroom en-suite contains a corner bath and a separate shower. Both bedrooms have uninterrupted sea views and their own balconies.

Roof Terrace: The roof terrace offers stunning panoramic views of Kalkan bay and the village. A covered outside dining area offers guests the opportunity to have romantic diners or entertain friends and family whilst enjoying the unparalleled views.

Lower Ground Floor (Basement): Further accommodation can be found on this floor in the shape of two twin bedded rooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and joint access to the lower shady terrace. Additionally, there is also a utility room which contains washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

Outside: The Turkish seating area, which provides shade throughout the day overlooks the 9 m × 3 m fresh water infinity pool. There is also an outside table with seating for 6, sun loungers and umbrellas spread throughout the villa allow individual privacy if required. A gas BBQ and off-road parking for 1 car is also provided.
