I've been out to look at more than a handful of bungalows recently, and they are a much sought after commodity in this business. I've seen them in all shapes and sizes, but this is one is a new bench mark in prestige. The work and love that has been poured into this home shows in its every nuance of design and style.

Situated in the north-west of Mynydd Isa, Moel Gron is a quiet street off the main routes, peaceful and calm. The only traffic that rolls around here is the neighbours coming home from work and the bin men once a week. Being on the outskirts doesn't mean you are miles away from the world through, the main road is less than a minute away and your access to the county and its amenities are unparalleled.

As you approach the bungalow, you are greeted by a low level brick wall with an opening into a paved and graveled drive that's large enough for at least two to three cars. The face of the bungalow is a neutral grey render with white trims, but the ruby red door is a hint of the splendour waiting inside!

Once you are through the front door, you become aware that the whole bungalow has been remodeled, not just redecorated! Where the front door formerly sat to the right of the home and opened into the lounge, it now sits central and opens into a long hallway. The floor is lined with wood-effect tiles that span from the front door through to the kitchen and its double doors into the rear garden. With light sand coloured walls and white skirts and trims, the hall is wonderfully light and airy, guiding you through the home to where you need to go.

The first door on the right is a bedroom or snug, office space or whatever you want to call it. Plush carpets and a wide window make this room an ideal space for a cozy nights sleep or for an extra room to sit back and watch the telly or read a book and unwind or even a playroom or bedroom for the grandkids.

The next door along on the left hand side, opens into the lounge. I say the next door as if it were just another typical door, but this is a quality solid wooden door, as are the rest in this stylish home, with frosted glass panels that run the length to help keep the hallway nice and bright. This room was formerly the garage before the overhaul, and has now been turned into a stunning living room with sand walls, a big window and some lovely soft quality carpets to keep your feet warm and snug. A faux fireplace adorns the outer wall with an electric, real flame effect fire, for those cozy nights in.

At the head of the hallway, it splits into four separate rooms. To the left is the back bedroom. A wide space capable of accommodating a double bed and with a fitted wardrobe/dressing table to handle the storage. The room is a little more brightly decorated, with silver patterning, diffusing the light around the room from the wall length window on the outer wall. This is just another outstanding room.

To the right of the hall is the final bedroom space, another generously appointed room with ample space for a double bed and plenty of storage. The décor in here is a further extension of the hallway but with comfy carpets instead of the tiles. This room is a little more shaded as it sits to the side of the bungalow and doesn't take as much direct sunlight, so it's perfect if you like a bit of a siesta in the afternoons.
Next is the bathroom, which is simple design but very elegant in its simplicity. With its grey stone tiles and white free-standing amenities, there's a wet room shower, which is a little dream of easy to clean and plainly pristine! With a rainfall shower and separate hand held device, you'll find it hard to leave!

The final room is the kitchen/diner......and all that came to mind was just wow! What a space, especially if you love cooking and hosting, you have a sublime room that is absolutely perfect for both of those circumstances. A gorgeous kitchen with ocean-grey cabinets as well as white marble style worktops opens into a dining room space for a table of six to eight.

Every appliance is either integrated ior has its own little place to sit comfortably, but can easily be moved for a spot of cleaning!

The double doors on the back of the dining room open out into a beautiful open garden. With a tiered style and a beautiful paved path leading up the raised decking areas where the sun can toast you while you have a great weekend with a barbeque and the family or friends!

The right hand side of the path has had the lawn replaced with a gravel bed, where if you like a little bit of gardening, you could reshape this into a fantastic ornamental affair. Or, if you love cooking as much as I do, completely reshape it into a raised vegetable patch, so you can take those scrumptious vegetables straight into your shiny, new kitchen and create a culinary extravaganza!

It's decorated throughout very tastefully, the fixtures and fittings are the best, it's bright, it's spacious, the garden is easy to maintain while being very inviting for those lovely sunny days ahead, oh and it's available to view now, today......what more could you ask for??
