Properties of this size DO NOT come to market very often. All four bedrooms are good size doubles. This is so rare in this day & age! The family bathroom is also a good size.
We have started with the upstairs simply because of the rarity of having 4 double bedrooms! However, downstairs is also extremely impressive!
Such is the size of this property, it actually boasts a large lounge diner and a large kitchen diner (which we have called a kitchen/breakfast room). This in itself tells you that we really do have a family home of considerable size. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and a large utility area.
The kitchen/breakfast room (over 180 sq ft) is fully fitted and perfectly functional. Kitchens, so often regarded as the most important room in a property, are extremely subjective. Personally, we like this one very much. There is a plethora of cupboard and drawer space. There is a lovely bay window above the ceramic sink & a half that has bespoke blinds. There is all the usual white goods as well as an integral oven & gas hob (professionally vented). It benefits from a lovely wooden floor. The current owners have a 6 seater table & chairs in the breakfast / dining area and there is plenty of room to move around the table such is the size of this area!
The lounge / diner is (it's that word again) LARGE! There is lovely wooden flooring and double doors that lead into the garden. There is also a feature fireplace.
In the hall you will find the downstairs cloakroom which (here we go again) is larger then the average downstairs loo! There is also the Utility area (guess what?!) which is a very good size indeed.
The rear garden of this property is the only thing that isn't large! Having said that, it isn't small either. There's a small patio area and the rest of the garden which is laid mainly to lawn is on an elevated level. It's relatively low maintenance.
So in conclusion, we have the 'chunk' of a property, with 4 double bedrooms and super large family dining & recreational areas all for a guide price of £360,000 - £375,000. It represents exceptional value for money in our humble opinion.
