The villa is situated in the small urbanization of Crestaxt, which is located just outside of Pollensa with its popular international school and is within minutes of the motorway providing easy access to Palma, the airport and Alcudia with its beautiful beaches.

Accommodation comprises an open plan living/dining room with doors to a large covered terrace leading onto the garden and pool. There is a guest WC, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and all with access to the outdoor space.

The garden is mainly laid to lawn with Mediterranean plants and shrubs, a 10m x 5m private pool with easy access, a permanent barbecue and an outdoor shower. There is also a large island driveway with a beautiful Olive tree in the middle.

The North of Mallorca and the bay of Alcudia are among one of the most scenic regions of the island. Puerto de Pollensa is only a 15 minute drive away, here you will find a selection of great restaurants, bars and shops. There is also the opportunity to take part in many different water sport activities such as wakeboarding, sailing, paddling boarding and kite surfing. The long white sandy beaches of the region and the pretty towns of Pollensa and Alcúdia are only a few minutes drive away.
