Northwick Park has, as its centrepiece, a Grade 1 Listed Mansion, former home of the Spencer Churchill family, built 1686 and remodeled 1728-1730. In the 1980's, having fallen into disrepair, the house and surrounding period buildings were the subject of a considerable restoration programme and conversion. The house
was converted to six apartments and the various outbuildings (The Stables included) converted to form individual houses and cottages.
