Stella Gill Industrial Estate is located in Chester-le-Street, a town in County Durham. The town is situated 8.5 miles south of Newcastle upon Tyne, 5.5 miles north of Durham City and 8 miles south-west of Sunderland. The town lies immediately to the west of the A1(M) and is accessed from Junction 63. The A167 runs in a similar direction and passes through the eastern side of the town. The A693 connects with Stanley to the west and Sunderland to the north-east. The town has a railway station which is situated on the east coast mainline. Newcastle International Airport is situated approximately 14 miles to the north-west.
