The Beach Hut is fully wired for internal and external alarm systems. It features electric gates and also has a double car garage with electric doors.
There is separate housekeeping quarters with private bathroom. The landscaped grounds and planters are all equipped with an auto irrigation system.
The Beach Hut is located in St. James. It is between the historic towns of Bridgetown and Holetown. Both these towns provide excellent shopping. There are world renowned golf courses nearby on Royal Westmoreland and the Sandy Lane estate. Some of the island's finest restaurants are within a 15 minute drive form the house. The international airport is approximately 25 minutes away.
