Ancient villa of the early twentieth century located near Noto, an elegant UNESCO heritage town, considered the capital of Sicilian baroque. Recently renovated. the property is a small village surrounded by greenery, among fruit trees and olive trees. The property is composed by the main villa and two more structures. The main villa, which spreads over two levels, has a surface of 200 sqm and is composed by living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two more rooms that could be used as bedrooms. One of the two construction that complete the property is an ancient warehouse of 50 sqm, embellished by an ancient wooden portal recently restored and characterized by four meter high ceilings.
