Villa Authentic Seixal, is a single-family villa by the sea, located on the edge of a cove in Seixal, deployed on a plot whose construction is oriented in its main elevation to the west.
The house is distributed over three floors, and its access can be made by elevator or stairs. On the first floor we find a closed garage with capacity for two cars, also prepared for electric cars. Here we also find a leisure area, a SPA area with a natural basalt stone wall, where you can enjoy a fantastic indoor heated pool with jacuzzi and a beautiful sea view. Still on this floor, we have a bar, relaxation area, dining area, cinema, changing rooms, laundry room and even a small garden to support the spa.
The technical area of the pool, home automation, hydraulic and electrical systems of the villa with independent access from the outside to facilitate access for those who provide any maintenance service, is also located on the first floor.
On the upper floor are the social areas, the living room, dining room and kitchen in open-space where a wine cellar is inserted directed to the dining area that divides the environments between the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a support island for the preparation of meals and has generous areas. From the social areas, it is possible to enjoy a wide view to the sea and to the imposing mountain.
All the rooms of the house have air conditioning and a privileged view.
The top floor has an office and three suites, one of them with closet and private balcony.
Outside the villa, there is a leisure area with a garden that has a barbeque area.
