This ancient Palazzetto is located in the historic center of Petralia Soprana, pearl of the Petralie, near the Mother Church, and is spread from ground to sky. On the street there is a small door for the pedestrian entrance that leads into a small hallway; on the alley, on the other hand, there is a large doorway that gives access to a comfortable uncovered courtyard. The entrance, floored with stone basalt, leads to the main staircase and the rooms located on the ground floor. The first two rooms located on the ground floor feature a large hallway and a storage room, a bathroom and a kitchen, with direct access to the large courtyard characterized by the floor with stone paving and basalt tiles. From the courtyard one can access the other two rooms: a basement and a large stable with the original feeders. From the entrance, the vaulted staircase leads to the second floor where we find, on one side, two rooms overlooking the main road and a bathroom, and on the other side two more rooms overlooking the courtyard, a kitchen with laundry. Continuing to the second floor the staircase divides and leads to a first large living room, two more rooms with views of the main street, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom. On the other side of the floor we find two large rooms and a loft, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small terrace overlooking the courtyard. The property is easily divisible into several units.
