Villa Marina stands on Favignana in one of the most "attractive spots" for its great views of Levanzo, the proximity to the center of the island and the direct access to the sea. Totally restored, this mansion reflects the ancient plant of the original building using vintage materials, such as the use of multicolored cement tiles for the floors. The study and wise use of materials, makes the villa part of the territory, in between the sea, sand and rock. The modern technologies used for the restoration make the house dry.
The property overlooks the sea and has a direct access to the yellow sand beach. An amphitheater-shaped breakwater protects it and creates a natural pool that, with the high and low tides, changes the watercourse.
