The small village of Urschmitt is located in the middle of the beautiful Volcanic Eifel and belongs to the municipality of Ulmen with its 200 inhabitants. Those who like nature and tranquillity will definitely feel at home here. There is a very good infrastructure in Lutzerath, 7 km away, with several supermarkets, kindergarten, primary and secondary school, pharmacy and other smaller shops. One can emphasise the good connection to the A48 motorway, which ensures quick access to the major cities of Trier and Koblenz. The Moselle valley with the nice wine village of Bremm can be reached in 15 minutes. The vineyard "Bremmer Calmont" is considered the steepest vineyard in Europe and is a nice destination for an excursion. Cochem is also not far away, the historic old town is one of the most beautiful on the Middle Moselle. The spa town of Bad Bertrich is also only 12 km away. Here you will find the nearest hospital, as well as various doctors and the beautiful thermal baths with sauna area.
The two detached flats were deliberately not re-rented after the tenants had moved out, as it facilitates viewings.
